By placing your order at PanAmRx, you agree to take responsibility for compliance with your country's regulations. For example, shipping to the US requires a doctors's approval and is limited to a 3 month supply. See FAQs for the exact US customs guidance wording on this matter. If you do not provide us your doctor's contact details, and we ship your order, there is a possibility that your parcel will be seized at the border. To minimize this risk, please include your doctor's name and address in the comments box during checkout.
An order CANNOT be changed, cancelled, or returned. We will refund your payment ONLY in the event, that your order with the CORRECT shipping address and the required information inside is detained by customs, and you provide us a copy of the customs letter.
